If we are unable to reach you, please know that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees

24 Hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments of 2 hours or less,
 48 Hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments of 2 hours or more.
No Call/No Show appointments will be charged the full amount for any missed appointments
In order to reserve an appointment a credit card is required

*All services are guaranteed for 10 days*
We stand by our work 100% and so should you.
If something is not up to your expectations please call within 10 days to have us correct it.
It is the clients responsibility to pay only for the product used to correct.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, while Cash and Checks are preferred

  • Large groups and long appointments such as, Bridal Parties, Hair Extensions and Eyelash Extensions will be asked to place a deposit of up to 50% of their services
